Payments

- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not made on time.
- Advance payments are required before starting most projects.
Project Process
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Share required content, images, and documents on time
- Review and approve work within reasonable time
Delays caused due to lack of client response may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
- Once full payment is completed, the final project files belong to the client.
- Root Technology may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Revisions
- We provide revisions as agreed in the project scope.
- Major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Root Technology is not responsible for:
- Loss caused by third-party hosting providers
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Business losses due to website downtime
We provide services on a best-effort basis.
Termination
We reserve the right to stop services if:
- Payment terms are not followed
- The client engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
Clients may also terminate services as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
